Do I need to book an appointment for a domestic machine service?
No appointment is necessary, you can bring your machine in anytime during our opening hours. However, if you would like a faster turn around you are welcome to call ahead and book.
What is the turn-around time for domestic machine servicing?
We aim to get your general service done within 48 hours. However, if we come across any issues that require additional attention or parts, this could increase the turnaround time.
Do you do repairs at home for domestic machines?
We understand that some coffee machines are plumbed in or difficult to move, so we offer in home servicing with a call out charge. If we are unable to fix the machine on site, the technician may have to bring your machine into the workshop for further assessment.
What if I need an emergency call-out?
You can call our office number on 08 9446 7759 at any time. Calls outside office hours will divert to the technician on call.
